Bare minimum, we have a few items like job offers but not much.
We have some things in place (contracts/ policies) but they need to be updated.

I handle it myself using templates, AI (ChatGPT) or Google
Shared between admin/operations and me. We piece together what is needed based on requirements.
Mostly managers are responsible for HR tasks.
We have an internal HR person who handles most of the tasks.
On average, how much time per week is spent on HR or people-related tasks?
Less than 2 hours. We only deal with things when they become urgent.
2-5 hours, depending on needs. It requires balancing work priorities.
5+ hours, HR requirements take real time out of the week.
We don't track it but it feels like too much time.
We have a person dedicated to HR and are not concerned with the amount of time it takes.

We need everything. (contracts, handbook, onboarding, templates)

We need a few policies/ programs and want to ensure they are compliant.
